Cox Media is seeking a Product Manager, Video for our Phoenix AZ location. Here are the details:
Compensation: $75-85K ideally although somewhat flexible
Responsibilities:
Development and implementation of Cox residential and commercial Video, products to support customer and revenue goals.
Manages local channel line-up decisions and relationships with network programmers.
Product pricing key responsibility including development and implementation of Pricing strategies, Packaging, Bundling, and Campaign discount coordination.
Coordination of new product launches, feature enhancements, operational integration of product offerings, and product migration strategies.
Works closely with local operations and corporate product/operations management in development and deployment of new products/enhancements, plus operational deployment of any necessary legal/regulatory policies.
Facilitates new or changing requirements for order processing and billing procedures.
Coordinates internal and external communication requirements and notifications for product/process changes.
Prepares market assessment and competitive analysis of potential product offerings.
Contributes to development and delivery of product training ¿ both for customers and employees.

Qualifications:
B.A./B.S. degree in Marketing, Business or equivalent preferred.
Three years experience in product management and/or marketing.
Broadband experience required ¿ Video/Cable, Internet, and/or Telephony
Product Management strategy & planning experience preferred
Project Management experience and/or training
Pricing Strategies and Implementation facilitation management
Market/Competition/Product assessment and analysis (SWOT, etc.)
Product Penetration/Vertical Feature forecasting and management
Communications expertise - oral and written
